When you join us, you are employed as a lawyer with a Member Firm in the jurisdiction where you practice. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by Partners in our Member Firms.
Work Across Our Global Offices.
We encourage our lawyers to work in other Olney-Fraser offices around the world during their career. This broadens your perspective about the law, exposes you to other cultures and achieves personal goals to travel and work overseas. We facilitate and arrange this for any lawyers who have been with us for at least 3 years, and we typically arrange the exchange for a year abroad.
